I have been preparing the recipes below many years for my friends and
family. As with the more complicated areas of law in which I have been practicing since 1995, these dishes are
time-consuming, they demand much attention to detail, and you can really get burnt by some of them if you don't know what you're doing! But, as with the practice
of law, they get easier the more you do them - it's only with experience that one gets great results with things
like cooking and the practice of law.
